State of the Republic
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my
face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
Now, as always since it’s founding, the Republic remains within reach of the American people.
What do I mean by this?
Well, Benjamin Franklin answered this question best. He said that we have a Republic if we can
keep it.
In short, Americans were not diligent enough to keep the “cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled
men” that George Washington warned us about from being “able to subvert the Power of the
People and to usurp for themselves the reins of Government.”
So, we find ourselves today with a government intent on serving the interest of a few powerful
entities instead of serving the American People.
Let me speak plainly. The America that our forefathers founded is gone; taken over by foreign
interests. The America that we know today is in grave danger. Not only are we looking at an
economic collapse in progress. We are also seeing the effects of years of planning on the part of
those foreign interests to remake America into one of their third world thiefdoms.
If you study the Nazi socialist takeover of Germany then you will have a good idea of how this
takeover is proceeding in American today.
All that is needed is for the American people to acquiesce to things like national healthcare, gun
control and the like. The American people are at a disadvantage since most of us have been
educated (I mean indoctrinated) to trust those in authority and to simply acquiesce to change.
“Change” could be a good thing if the intent were to make America a better place to live and
raise a family. However, the “change” that the American people have witnessed in recent years
should be a big wakeup call.
Will the American people wake up? Do we have the fortitude to work against those who are
destroying our way of life? Will we make a stand for life, liberty and justice for all?
Each of us must answer these questions for ourselves.
I agree with John Adams when he stated in 1798 that “Our Constitution was made only for a
moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
Thankfully, the American people still have access to the same Almighty God that our forefathers
appealed to when they found themselves in the same untenable situation.
I urge all Americans to humbly pray and turn from our wicked ways that this nation might again be blessed.
In short, our forefathers rightly concluded based on historical evidence that a representative republic is the
best form of governance to preserve our liberties.
Whatever weaknesses a representative republic may have, there is no better way to protect the rights of all
Americans from those who would abuse government for their own interests.
The American people need only to grab hold of their Republic in mass to get it back. There is
nothing preventing the American people from doing so other than for the apathetic belief that
they cannot make a difference.
As Americans, we are held to a high standard. We not only have the right, but also the obligation
to take action when we hear that our form of governance was changed without our permission.
I urge each and every American to research our history and prove these things to be true.
Every American, whether we know it or not is already a member of this Republic. Remember,
the solemn oath we took when we swore allegiance to our flag and to the Republic for which it
stands. We thereby swore an oath of allegiance to the Republic, not to a corporate democracy
masquerading as government.
All the mechanisms for our participation are in place. The Republic for the United States belongs
to all Americans. The Republic is well within our reach. So now, what will you do?
May God Bless America and May God Bless the Republic!
Transition to the Republic
Government Re-integration Plan overview - What will it look like?
There has always been a corporate side of our Republic. Quoting from the Executive
Summary which you can find on our website:
“According to Honorable Chief Justice John Marshall, William Dixon et al. v. The United
States, 1811 and federal codes (Title 28 USC Sec. 3002) the “UNITED STATES” and “The
United States of America” are both corporations.”
There are several differences between the Republic with a “corporate side” that Chief
Justice Marshall alluded to above and the “corporate UNITED STATES” that we are
burdened with today. Let’s call the “corporate UNITED STATES” the “US Corporation.”
Here are some of the major differences:
1. Size, Scope and function
a. The corporate side of the Republic was very small in size and scope compared
to the Republic as a whole. It functioned to perform the “business side” of the
Republic, much as you might hire an accountant today. People had to be able
to conduct business with the Republic in one form or another. It might be that
they needed to sue the government – that would also require a “corporate
side” of the Republic. Think of the Republic as being a Post Office. The Post
Office has a very special job to do and is very limited in its size and scope
according to its function. It is much the same with the Republic. It was and
will again be limited in its size and scope in accordance with our Constitution;
and it was and will never be a for profit corporation.
b. The US Corporation, on the other hand has become the elephant in the room
so to speak. Since the Republic was abandoned in the 1870 timeframe the US
Corporation has spilled out into every area of our lives. No longer do we have
a limited orderly “Post Office” type government serving the needs of the
American people; we have an out of control machine that is chewing us up
and spitting us out; a for profit corporation. The Republic was unlawfully
abandoned without the will or consent of the American people. What remains
is an out of control for profit corporation, the US.
2. Intent [continuing with the differences between the “corporate side” of the Republic
and the US Corporation]
a. The intent of the corporate side of the Republic was to serve the business
needs of the Republic. As stated before, this was a very nuts and bolts, down
to earth, non profit operation. In short, the intent was to benefit the American
people.
b. The intent of the US Corporation has been the same from it’s inception: to
prosper off of the backs of the American people. This wolf in sheep’s clothing
has become ever more brazen in it’s actions to subjugate the American
people.
So, how do we get back to our Republic with a small “corporate side” that once again serves
the American people? The first few necessary steps have already been accomplished.
1. Begin the process of educating ourselves of our lost American heritage.
2. Recognize that we lost our Republic.
3. Want our Republic back.
4. Re-inhabit our Republic lawfully and peacefully by forming an interim government.
5. Informing the American people that we have the option of getting our Republic back.
6. Continuing the process of forming interim governance all the way down to the local
level in accordance with 1 STAT 50 and the Northwest Ordinance.
7. Encouraging the American people, in mass, to inhabit their Republic by participating
in their interim government.
8. Peacefully, lawfully and with great forethought transitioning back to a limited orderly
“post office” type government, the Republic; serving the needs of the American
people.
9. The final step of putting the American people back in charge of constitutional
governance will require lawful elections to be held. No longer will the American
people be electing officers for a for profit corporation serving the whims of a few;
but members of a body politic serving the needs of the people.
Steps 1 through 5 have already been accomplished, with step number 6 in progress. The American people
have re-inhabited their Republic lawfully and peacefully and are in the process of implementing 1
STAT 50 to continue building their interim governance. However, the American People have not
yet, in mass, occupied their Republic by participating in their interim government.
Who knows, the American people might be blessed to have someone with business acumen
to serve as President and CEO of the US Corporation along side of the President of the
Republic to ensure a smooth transition back to a lawful, peaceful society. One in which
there is liberty and justice for all.
